Deja Croft

Hello, my name is Deja Croft, I was born in Alton Illinois, and spent my teenage years in Northern California. In addition to being the founder and director of Queens to be Academy, I run a motivational women's program, called Queens Hour. I am the Assistant Director at Roses Daycare, and an after school enrichment teacher at West Oakland Middle School. I want to mentor girls because there are so many things that I know now, that I wish I knew when I was young. There are so many lessons, that had I learned early, would have saved me a lot of pain and disappointment. The youth are our future, and we owe it to them to lead them on a path to happiness, success, and peace.
